Tim Barnett & Nicole “Cokie” Griffin are proud to announce the upcoming release of The Transformative Power of Rejection — an interactive resilience and wellness workbook created to equip student-athletes, scholars, and future leaders with practical tools to navigate rejection, disappointment, heartbreak, setbacks, and life’s difficult moments.

As youth advocates, educators, mentors, and college graduates, we know that young people/young adults need more than encouragement. They need TOOLS. STRATEGIES. SUPPORT. AND HOPE.

That’s why we are intentionally launching this resilience project in September during Suicide Prevention Month, reminding our young people that a painful moment does not have to become a permanent decision.

Rejection is an experience. It is NOT your identity. Your story is still being written.
